- this is a simple case of racial bias ,we understand it is more difficult to prosecute civil rights offenses. it is better if the case was proscecuted by the stae attorney generals office. you cannot claim self defense if you are the persuer.

- He is privaleged. he was in a helicoper during his tour , until it leaked out that he was there then they brought him home. they stated he was a danger to his unit. My son and daughter was in a combat unit.
